1Eligibility and legal capacity

phpark48 may suspend duplicate accounts, accounts created with misleading information, or accounts connected with coordinated bonus abuse. Where appropriate, legitimate deposited funds will be handled after verification and applicable reviews are complete.
3Deposits, balances, and payment checks

A deposit must come from a payment account or card held in your own name. phpark48 may reject or return third-party payments. A balance displayed before a transaction is fully confirmed may be temporary. Reversed, disputed, duplicated, or incorrectly credited transactions can be corrected by phpark48, including after the amount has appeared in the wallet.
phpark48 is not a bank, and player balances do not earn interest. You must not use the platform primarily to transfer money between payment services. Deposits should support genuine betting or gaming activity.
4Placing and settling bets
A wager is accepted only after phpark48 records it and displays confirmation in your account. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, and markets may be suspended when an event starts, significant action occurs, or reliable information is unavailable.
phpark48 settles wagers using the official result supplied by the relevant competition, league, event organiser, data provider, or recognised governing body. Later corrections may not change settlement unless the applicable market rules say otherwise. Voids, postponements, abandoned events, dead heats, technical interruptions, and participant withdrawals are handled under the rules presented for that market.
Obvious pricing, display, settlement, or data errors do not create a right to an unintended payout. phpark48 may correct an affected wager using the proper odds, void it, or reverse an incorrect settlement. The platform will review disputes fairly using its internal records.
5Gaming products and interruptions

If your device disconnects after a stake has been accepted, the round may continue on the server and settle normally. 6Promotions, bonuses, and rewards

Cancelling a bonus or withdrawing before completing its requirements may remove the remaining bonus and bonus-derived winnings. Always check the expiry date and progress display. phpark48 does not guarantee that an expired reward can be restored.
7Withdrawals and identity verification
You may request a withdrawal from an eligible cash balance, subject to minimum and maximum limits shown by phpark48. Withdrawals are normally returned to a verified payment method associated with the account holder. Processing time can vary because of verification, banking schedules, payment-provider maintenance, or security reviews.
Before releasing funds, phpark48 may request identification, a selfie or liveness check, proof of address, source-of-funds information, or evidence that you control the selected payment account. 8Prohibited conduct

You are responsible for using a compatible device, maintaining a secure connection, reviewing your bet slip, and confirming each stake before submission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, phpark48 is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from unavailable access, a personal device fault, or a third-party service interruption.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
12Changes, complaints, and final provisions
phpark48 may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect product changes, security improvements, payment requirements, market rules, or applicable obligations. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
If you believe an account, payment, bonus, or bet has been handled incorrectly, contact phpark48 support with your username, transaction reference, event details, and a clear explanation. Keep screenshots and receipts where available. phpark48 will review platform records and provide a response after the necessary investigation.
These conditions, together with applicable promotional and product rules, form the agreement governing your use of phpark48. They are interpreted subject to applicable law and any mandatory player protections that apply.
